At SendCertificates, we operate on a transparent, pay-as-you-go model. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the form of tokens, which will be credited to your SendCertificates account. These tokens can be used for future certificate deliveries through our platform.

2. Valid Grounds for Refund

A refund will be granted only in the event of:

  • A technical failure or system error on our end that prevents the successful delivery of a certificate.
  • Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
  • Platform outage or disruption causing delivery failure.

3. Invalid Grounds for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • User error in entering details such as name, email ID, etc.
  • Spelling mistakes or formatting issues in the certificate entered by the user.
  • Certificates being sent to the wrong recipient due to incorrect email address input.
  • General dissatisfaction without any technical failure.

Please note: We strongly urge all users to double-check their entries before submitting any certificate request.

Cancellation Policy

Since SendCertificates functions on a Pay-As-You-Go model:

  • There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Your account remains active without expiration.
  • You may recharge and use your token balance at your convenience.

As such, there is no concept or requirement for cancellation of accounts or services.
